What a long day!! I am exhausted! I almost decided to go to bed but I really wanted to post about today 🙂
So this morning was pretty tough to get out of bed, I didn’t leave myself with enough time for a run. BUT, I did do a few quick workouts at home, thanks to Pinterest! If you do not have a Pinterest account or do not know what Pinterest is, go to Pinterestand take a peak around. It is guaranteed to have something for everyone. There are always posts about fitness and tips and tricks as well as food, fashion etc….
I started with the Brazilian Butt Workout I found on Pinterest. It’s actually another blog from this site @thehautebunny. I will reblog it as well. WOW! I could feel the burn the whole time!!! Can’t wait to see the long term results of that workout!
After this one, I did Dr. Oz’s 7-Day Belly Workout which I thought was pretty good. It’s simple, so I did all 7 days instead of hit Thursday’s workout.
For breakfast today again, coffee. Still working on become a breakfast person…
For lunch I had leftovers from dinner last night, tilapia and steamed broccoli.
For a snack I had raw unsalted almonds. It is definitely one of my favorite snacks. I really love the Archer Farms brand from Target, they have a ton of different nuts and trail mixes, as well as dried fruit. My favorite mix is the raw almond, raw cashew and dried cranberry one, its SO yummy and addicting!
For dinner I had a veggie sandwich, I was in a rush. And I’m still working on that meal plan 😉
I did my second workout at the gym with a friend tonight. I did 10 mins on the elliptical, reps of 15 on a few upper body machines (sets of 3), reps of 15 on the leg lift and the leg press machines (sets of 3), and same with weighted crunches.
Woooo I am feelin it!!
I’m starting to fall asleep on you guys… 😦
